1. Eligibility & Age Requirements

Stock AI is intended for users 18 years of age or older. By using this app, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18.

2. AI Analysis Services

Stock AI uses OpenRouter AI to analyze trading charts and provide recommendations. Chart images and user inputted text you upload are processed through OpenRouter's secure infrastructure.

3. Data Processing

By using our app, you consent to sharing chart images and user inputted text with OpenRouter AI for processing. Images and text are temporarily processed and not permanently stored on our servers.

4. No Financial Advice

Stock AI provides AI-generated analysis for informational purposes only. This is not financial advice. Always consult a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions.

5. Subscription Terms

The App offers a Pro subscription plan. By purchasing a subscription:

• You authorize Apple to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (weekly) until you cancel.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID account settings.
• Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple's refund policies.
• Free trial periods, if offered, automatically convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any trading losses or damages resulting from the use of our app or AI analysis. You acknowledge that trading and investing in securities involves substantial risk of loss.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted within the App or on our website with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
